Business Development Manager - Automotive Industry

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to help grow and expand our presence in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Automotive markets.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for engaging with CV applicators, OEM customers, and distributors to increase brand loyalty, drive conversions, and identify new growth opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an automotive background who is ready to step into a more strategic, customer-facing role. While industry experience is highly valued, we are also open to candidates with transferable skills who are eager to learn and thrive in a sales environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automotive products and refinish systems, as well as excellent time management, presentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Commercial Vehicle Applicators to promote Dulux specifications and convert competitive users
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Transport OEM customers
  • Coach and support Distributor staff to grow Automotive (PV) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales
  • Expand and manage distribution opportunities to strengthen our Auto Refinish network
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts, ensuring safety and commercial outcomes
