The role of Senior Business Growth Manager presents a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a collaborative and dynamic team in the professional skincare industry.

Key responsibilities include devising and executing promotional strategies for existing clients, identifying novel business prospects, nurturing strong client relationships, sourcing new customers, organizing events and product demonstrations to potential clients. Additionally, achieving monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), providing training and coaching to client staff, and managing administrative tasks are crucial aspects of this position.

To excel in this role, you will require at least 5 years of experience in business-to-business operations, specifically within the Day-Spa, Hotel/Resort, and Medi Spa sectors. You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. Articulate presentation skills, analytical capabilities, business acumen, relationship management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are also essential.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business is preferred, along with a Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics qualification or higher.
