Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution.

About the Role

  • Lead business development and manage key accounts to secure new opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Mentor and empower a team of professionals to hit performance targets.
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing consultants while building team cohesion.
  • Oversee budgets, systems, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Guide marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence through campaigns and events.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in senior leadership within the recruitment industry
  • Degree qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record in sales growth and client relationship management
  • Strong financial and operational management capability
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence
  • Proficiency with JobAdder, Xero, and Microsoft 365
