The Director of Transformation will drive the development of business growth strategies and lead the successful delivery of project management office (PMO) and business transformation services. Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for consultancy services, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts for PMO and transformation services by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organisations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Project Delivery: Manage and oversee the delivery of PMO and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
