We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our learning and development initiatives. As a champion of growth, you will design and implement tailored training programs that cater to diverse needs.

Your primary goal is to drive business success by developing the talents and skills of all employees across all levels. You will collaborate with leaders to create curriculums that focus on core values, strategic imperatives, upskilling requirements, and just-in-time learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design employee curriculums that emphasize core values, strategic imperatives, and upskilling requirements.
  • Incorporate various training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, coaching, or job-shadowing.
  • Evaluate individual and organisational development needs to assess the success of development plans.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for L&D and adherence to best practice.
  • Ability to articulate the latest L&D developments clearly and confidently.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
