We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to join our team in Southeast Asia.

This role requires someone with a strong understanding of market dynamics, user behavior, and growth strategies to boost sales, establish relationships with potential clients/partners, and design growth activities online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and establish relationships with potential clients/agents/partners to contribute to long-term business goals.
  • Design and implement ongoing growth activities online and offline to engage, acquire, and retain a user pool and trading volume.
  • Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions and provide support to users/clients with troubleshooting.
  • Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and conduct data analysis to understand user behavior and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize regional user data and insights to contribute to the team's growth & ops strategies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement and implement product enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct continuous market research to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A college degree or higher.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in business development and growth roles in fintech, payments, or crypto industry.
  • Fluency in English; Thai or Bahasa Indonesia required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Organized, meticulous, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
