We are seeking an experienced Night Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel during late-night shifts. In this role, you will assist in managing and overseeing hotel operations overnight, ensuring the safety and security of guests and colleagues.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working overnight, working with numbers, and wants to continue to consolidate leadership and technical capability within a supportive environment.

The main responsibilities include supporting the Night Manager to manage guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations during overnight shifts, prioritising workload, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

You will be the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations and will be responsible for processing payments, checking guests in and out, and running night audit processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills to assist in managing multiple tasks and varying guest situations.

You will also need to have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of PMS (Opera) and accounting skills for accurate auditing and payment processing.
