This full-time Nights Assistant Manager role is a strategic position that reports directly to the Front Office Manager, responsible for supervising and training the Front Office team and managing guest interactions overnight.

  • Checking and preparing reports and statistical information according to service standards and auditing procedures

  • Processing check-in and check-out procedures, adhering to all necessary protocols
  • Providing guidance, support, training, and leadership to employees
  • Assisting in all areas of the Hotel as required to prevent potential issues
  • Maintaining the health and safety of patrons, guests, and staff members
