Night Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Enforce strict security procedures to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety.
  • Demonstrate professional standards at all times.
  • Utilize analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Manager and General Manager in quality control procedures.
  • Prepare and serve food from the menu as required.

Requirements:

  • A focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to navigate change and provide timely solutions to problems.
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster of night shifts.
