Promotions and Offers Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Promotions and Offers Strategist to support the development and execution of effective promotions and offers that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling offers and campaigns. You will help establish a roadmap informed by experimentation and partner with data analysts to determine the best methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term customer values.

You will work with marketing specialists to deploy promotions at scale across all touchpoints, primarily through digital communications and in-product messaging.

  • Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of Trialist & Customer promotions and incentives in both our direct and partner businesses.
  • Create and manage a promotional calendar to ensure timely execution of offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation experts to deliver efficient, user-friendly fulfillment of offers, including e-gift cards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in growth, CRM, or product roles focusing on optimizing promotions.
  • Previous experience managing lifecycle promotional programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and CRM.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
