This role involves working with clients to understand their individual needs and establishing an annual budget that meets those needs. Supported by a Senior Business Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will also provide updates to tribunals on client progress.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings and visits
  • Complete the annual Client Review process and budget review
  • Take responsibility for decisions made on behalf of clients, ensuring they align with our Delegation Framework and relevant SMEs are consulted
  • Effectively manage the end-to-end client relationship, actively supporting stakeholders associated with the client
  • Implement structures to protect client assets

About You:

  • Experience working directly with clients, ideally those with disabilities or mental illnesses
  • Strong VCAT experience
  • Ability to work with IT systems and maintain files and records
  • Capacity to write clear reports
  • Sound understanding of financial principles, including investment approaches and asset classes
  • Capacity to acquire knowledge on trusts and financial administration legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the building of strong relationships
