Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership teams, the People & Culture Directorate, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategies addressing workforce challenges.
  • Leverage HR expertise to design and implement organizational structures, workforce planning frameworks, change management initiatives, capability development programs, performance management systems, talent acquisition processes, and succession planning strategies.
  • Promote dispute resolution, coaching, facilitation, and team-based interventions to foster a culture of respect, value, and support for staff.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing staff engagement and well-being by identifying people management issues, providing guidance and advice to leaders, and recommending capability development options to create an environment where staff are empowered to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a strategic role.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
