Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead the recruitment function, elevate our employer brand, and drive an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions
  • Source diverse talent pools through effective sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote a strong employer brand

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering and/or professional services industry
  • Track record of scaling teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
