Job Description:
Strategic HR Business Partner- The Strategic HR Business Partner will provide expert advice and support to management on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex human resources issues, ensuring alignment with our vision, values, and policies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and unions, to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on human resources matters, including employment law, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Organisational Development, Education and Training, and Employee Relations, to ensure seamless delivery of human resources services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our district's workforce strategy, aligned with the NSW Health Plan.
- Provide expert advice on human resources policy, procedures, and legislation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, focusing on areas such as leadership, communication, and team building.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of human resources initiatives.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior business partner or advisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ambitious, results-driven individual who can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
