Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for executing mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies to meet forecasted workforce needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet medium and long-term resource needs
  • Support the creation and maintenance of talent communities to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct effective phone screens or face-to-face interviews with both passive and active candidates to assess skills and experience
  • Identify top, active talent in the market and collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill immediate resource demands
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within a recruitment function, preferably in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions, with a strong understanding of transferable skills and experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Naturally inquisitive and confident in questioning areas of uncertainty
