Job Description

A Customer Success Manager will manage a segment of accounts with high propensity to grow, utilizing strategic engagements and scalable programs to drive success across the customer lifecycle.


This role is responsible for developing comprehensive account strategies to promote long-term success, adoption, and retention. A portfolio of customers requiring both high-touch and scale engagement methods will be managed.


  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure continued growth and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and mobilize internal teams to address issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of key platform features enhancing customer outcomes and improve retention.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
