Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to drive member engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value through innovative loyalty campaigns and personalized customer experiences.

This role is pivotal in driving commercial impact while enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective loyalty programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
