Top Sales Professional for Travel and Leisure

As the Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by supporting and motivating the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. They will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales targets by supporting and motivating the sales team.
- Assist in providing training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
- Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.
- Actively participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings.
Requirements:
- Prior Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
