We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Travel + Leisure Co.

About the Role:

  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve defined sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • You will also play a key role in supporting staff recruitment and development, site financial management, and marketing programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership with experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales.
  • Strong leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Competitive Salary Package:

  • $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (base salary) plus bonus opportunities.
