The ideal candidate will have significant senior experience in governance, compliance, or quality assurance in higher education, with expertise in managing regulatory submissions, audits, and accreditation processes.
They must possess a strong understanding of academic and corporate governance principles, proven ability to lead policy frameworks, governance reform, and compliance systems, exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, and highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
This role requires close collaboration with regulators, senior executives, and boards to safeguard the institution's licence to operate, uphold academic and corporate standards, drive governance reform, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
