Senior Governance Professional

This is a senior-level position that drives high-quality governance through superior quality assurance and management of project reporting and governance forums.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality governance, providing timely information for stakeholders as required, and supporting all project/program reporting requirements.
- Maintenance and quality review of all Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Project Governance Forums.
- Supporting and providing timely input to key reporting requirements across various platforms.
- Ownership and management of Project/Program calendar of key events and submissions.
- Contribution to the development of project plans under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Development, implementation, and promotion of a Quality Strategy, Standards, and Methods for the project/program team to use.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of experience in a Project/Program Office or similar role within a financial services industry, medium to large organisation.
They must also have extensive experience working in high-profile PMOs for multiple large IT/Business Projects and Programs.
A detailed understanding of Project Management methodologies and practices, with a strong focus on Project Governance and Reporting is essential.
