We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior leadership position in our global organization.
Chep is a leading player in the supply chain logistics industry, employing thousands of people worldwide and operating in numerous countries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of company secretariat services, advising on legal and governance matters, and supporting senior leadership on key issues.
- Attend and minute meetings of the Audit and Risk Committee, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain corporate governance policies, charters, and registers.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Company's Annual Report, including the Corporate Governance Statement and Directors' Report.
- Manage statutory records and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, preparing minutes and reports as required.
- Oversee the maintenance of group subsidiary databases.
