About the Role

This is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join its governance function during an exciting period of evolution and change.

The successful candidate will be hands-on in shaping the next phase of the company's compliance and risk landscape, with the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders and influence change at scale.

Key responsibilities include leading the refresh and implementation of group-wide risk and compliance frameworks, reviewing and improving existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a risk, compliance, or governance role within a complex environment, strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies.
