VIP Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team as a VIP Host. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine existing and future business needs
- Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals
- Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish, including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
- Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP team to ensure maximum growth
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
- Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business
- Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat rooms, email, Telegram, and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required
- High level of global sports knowledge
- Strong gambling knowledge
- Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira, and Intercom
