About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Easygo. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine existing and future business needs
  • Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals
  • Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish, including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP team to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analysis of client behaviors and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools to engage with VIP clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required
  • Bilingual in English and ideally both Spanish & Portuguese
  • Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required
  • High level of global sports knowledge
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
