About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Easygo. As a VIP Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players through online chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine existing and future business needs
  • Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals
  • Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish, including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP team to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, Telegram, and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required
  • Sports and gambling knowledge is advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira, and Intercom
