About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Easygo. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine their existing and future business needs.
  • Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals.
  • Actively and successfully manage assigned accounts from start to finish, including managing and maintaining relationships, ensuring all enquiries are followed through.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the client base and collaborate with the VIP team to ensure maximum growth.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products in line with customer needs and objectives.
  • Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business.
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat rooms, email, and other platforms required to engage with VIP players.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to team development goals by collaborating with the VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Hosts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
  • Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
  • Sports or marketing qualifications are preferred but not required.
  • High level of global sports knowledge.
  • Strong gambling knowledge.
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
