- Overseeing a high-volume email inbox.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, both over the phone and in person.
- Serving as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
- Processing payments, including cash, EFTPOS, and other methods.
- Requesting results, samples, and other necessary documents from third parties
