About the Role

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless event operations for our clients. This role will work closely with clients from SA's most prestigious venues, stadiums, and clubs to deliver high-quality ticketing services.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames
* Deliver accurate event builds and provide timely and concise reporting and insights
* Collaborate with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented ahead of time and fulfilled as planned
* Work with the State Manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile

* Ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients
* Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes
