About the Role

The Client Services Officer plays a vital role in shaping the initial experience of pet owners at SASH. As the first point of contact, this individual will be responsible for delivering a 5-star service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong, positive, and proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills and a passion for animals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and efficiently managing the flow of the waiting room.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, both over the phone and in person.
  • Serving as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
  • Processing payments, including cash, EFTPOS, and other methods.
  • Requesting results, samples, and other necessary documents from third parties.
About You

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reception or administrative role, with a proven ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.
