Residential Building Certification Expert

As a highly skilled and accomplished Registered Building Certifier/Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of residential projects, ensuring timely completion of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates, and Building Code of Australia assessments.
You will have extensive knowledge and experience in building certification, with an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and resilience will enable you to develop positive working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- relevant qualifications, such as Diploma in Building Surveying or Bachelor in Construction Management;
- industry experience assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates for class 1 & 10 residential buildings, along with knowledge of relevant applicable legislation;
- Construction Induction Card and strong safety mindset;
- current driver's license and legal work rights in Australia.
