Residential Building Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals for a role that requires in-depth knowledge of construction regulations and building codes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates for residential buildings.

This position involves providing expert advice on building compliance to clients and resolving customer requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on the timely completion of certificates and assessments
  • Attending site inspections and client meetings
  • Providing technical expertise to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Restricted (Class 1 & 10 residential buildings) registration (A3) or Building Inspector Residential Certifier who can carry out inspections registration (A4)
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Diploma in Building Surveying, Bachelor in Construction Management or other recognised by the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation
  • Industry experience assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates for class 1 & 10 residential buildings
  • Construction Induction Card and strong safety mindset
