Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Class 1 & 10 building projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and determine Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates for residential buildings.
  • Provide expert building compliance advice to clients and resolve customer requests efficiently.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and seminars as required, showcasing your expertise and building relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Attending site inspections and client meetings to ensure timely project progression.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Developing positive working relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Participating in business improvement strategies and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management, backed by industry experience and a strong skill set.
  • A proven track record of assessing construction certificates and occupation certificates, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current driver's license and valid work rights in Australia, enabling you to travel freely and perform your duties without restriction.
