NSW Residential Building Certifier/Surveyor

We are seeking a building certification professional to join our NSW Residential Certification team.
Key Responsibilities- Focusing on timely completion of construction certificates, complying development certificates, occupation certificates, crown certificates and Building Code of Australia assessments.
- Attending site inspections and client meetings.
- Providing expert building compliance advice to clients.
- Investigating customer requests and resolving issues.
- Contributing to business improvement strategies.
- Mentoring junior staff members in collaboration with team leaders.
Requirements:
- A3 or A4 registration with NSW Fair Trading.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in building certification.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach required.
