Job Description

The role of a Professional Development Specialist is crucial in guiding nursing staff towards desired outcomes. As a facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, and champion for inquiry, this specialist identifies opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization and externally.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, two years of nursing experience, and current valid state licensure as a registered nurse.
