To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, two years of nursing experience, and current valid state licensure as a registered nurse. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and preferential qualifications may include a Master's degree in nursing or related field, prior experience as a preceptor/educator, and certification as a Professional Development Educator.
