Job Title:

Structured Cabling Solutions Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Structured Cabling Solutions Manager to drive business growth and foster strong relationships with clients in Canberra and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support, enabling informed decision-making within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to recognize the role's value-add to both internal staff and external customers.
  • Work collaboratively with global technical teams to share knowledge, develop aligned solutions, and create a seamless technical organization.
  • Contribute to the online Customer Service Portal system, including white papers, supporting documentation, and training materials.
  • Coordinate installer training sessions and maintain records to support sales organizations.
Essential Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or lesser but from structured cabling industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Structured Cabling marketplace in ANZ and deep technical knowledge of copper and fibre solutions.
  • Background in Structured Cabling Installation practices and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexible, and enthusiastic with continuous self-improvement.
  • BICSI - RCDD accreditation and ability to influence key stakeholders.
