- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing tailored proposals and pitches that exceed client expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, leveraging your consultative approach to inspire confidence and trust.
- Represent the agency at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, fostering connections and expanding the agency's reach.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Client Services Team, comprising 5–6 specialists supported by over 60 creative and design experts.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in corporate event management, preferably within a live event agency environment.
- Proven track record of new business development and pipeline growth, with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
- Strong consultative presence, able to spark ideas and bring fresh perspectives to clients.
