Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description: As a Branch Controller at CSR's Coffs Harbour location, you will manage stock, customer expectations, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure stock accuracy and effective holdings, coordinating transport requirements to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Process Compliance: Understand and comply with all relevant branch procedures, audit requirements, and customer credit policies.
  • Customer Service: Manage and align with customer expectations through clear and accurate communication.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce and comply with WHSE requirements, Job Safety Instructions, and Chain of Responsibility responsibilities.
  • Hazard Inspection & SHE Audits: Conduct regular hazard inspections and SHE audits in line with the Risk Reduction Plan.
  • Branch Growth & Development: Collaborate with the Area Manager to understand branch objectives and actively seek opportunities for improvement.

You Bring to the Role:

  • Forklift license and experience is essential.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of WHSE standards and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with stock management and customer credit policies.
