Our Coffs Harbour branch is currently looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to help manage stock, customer expectations, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure stock accuracy and effective holdings, coordinating transport requirements to maintain optimal stock levels at the Coffs Harbour Branch.
  • Process Compliance: Understand and comply with all relevant branch procedures, audit requirements, and customer credit policies to support smooth branch operations.
  • Customer Service: Manage and align with customer expectations through clear and accurate communication with both internal and external customers.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce and comply with all Work Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) requirements, Job Safety Instructions, and Chain of Responsibility (COR) responsibilities, particularly in roles as loader, consignee, and consignor.
  • Hazard Inspection & SHE Audits: Conduct regular hazard inspections and SHE audits in line with the branch's Risk Reduction Plan.
  • Branch Growth & Development: Collaborate with the Area Manager to understand branch objectives and actively seek opportunities for improvement, with a focus on turnover of slow-moving stock.

What you bring to the role

  • Forklift license and experience are essential.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of WHSE standards and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with stock management and customer credit policies.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$115,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes an estimated base salary, superannuation, and other benefits. Please note that salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
