Transport Software Expert Role

This position involves working closely with clients to deliver expert support and consulting in transport software for the rail industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with clients to map their operational data into our software framework.
  • Develop and optimize transport models (e.g., crew rostering, shift planning).
  • Lead the customer onboarding process: data ingestion, training, user support.
  • Troubleshoot issues—especially in optimization modeling workflows.
  • Provide ongoing user support to ensure client success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of optimization tools and documentation.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role—preferably within rail, transport modeling, logistics, or shift-planning.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and delivering analytic insights with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Aptitude for clear, personable communication (verbal and written).
  • The ability to influence and manage client relationships.
