Our team is seeking experienced Rail Industry Technical Trainers/Assessors to deliver rail-based technical training and assessment for local rail programs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support workforce capability across a growing rail industry, working flexibly with an organisation committed to quality, safety, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver rail-based technical training and assessment for local rail programs, including trackside safety, SARC, WET, RCPO, protection officer, and communications.
  • Support workforce capability across a growing rail industry.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or TAE40110 with TAELLN401/411 and TAEASS502).
  • Current or recent rail industry experience.
  • Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training for operational contexts.
