Transport Software Implementation Consultant

  • Collaborate with customers to map operational data into our software framework. This involves working closely with them to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Design and optimize transport models, including crew rostering and shift planning. The goal is to create efficient and effective models that meet the customer's needs.
  • Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless data ingestion, training, and user support. This includes setting up the necessary infrastructure, providing training and documentation, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot issues, particularly in optimization modeling workflows. This requires a strong understanding of the software and its applications, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Provide ongoing user support to drive customer success. This includes responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and advice as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of optimization tools and documentation. This involves identifying areas for improvement, developing new tools and processes, and documenting best practices.
