Key Responsibilities

  • We provide specialist advice on best practices in heavy rail operations and management.
  • We manage rolling stock requirements to ensure technical content, strategies and deliverables are approved, monitored for cost and time, and necessary approvals are obtained.
  • We offer technical advice and knowledge in meetings and reports for internal and external contractors.
  • We establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to achieve performance-based outcomes of the contract.

Requirements

  • We have the ability to understand and interpret engineering and technical reports and drawings.
  • We manage complex contractual arrangements and performance specifically in delivery, maintenance and operational services.
  • We collaborate with the team, project and stakeholders by providing information and advice in a timely manner.
  • We embrace change, lead with focus and optimism in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.
  • We make insightful decisions based on data analysis and support others to achieve outcomes.
