Software Engineer Opportunity

Are you a seasoned software engineer looking to drive innovation in the rail industry? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that transform bulk rail logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions based on user stories and product requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex designs into actionable development tasks

  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices throughout the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Strong skills in Python and C++ (TypeScript/React experience is a bonus)
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles
  • A passion for writing testable, maintainable code and improving system performance
