About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational effectiveness by working closely with leadership teams to evolve the domain operating model.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create high-performing teams and adaptive work processes that enhance the domain model.
  • Develop and refine the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, including tooling, governance, and financial and risk management processes.
  • Promote collaboration between delivery roles to shape and prioritise the delivery tooling backlog.
  • Analyse current state and envision future opportunities, identifying areas for improvement to move from complexity to coherence.
  • Influence organisational strategy to ensure delivery processes, tooling, and flow are optimised for speed, resilience, and value.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience in delivering large-scale transformations, preferably operating-model related, within complex organisational environments.
  • Display a strong understanding of enterprise delivery and modern technology ways of working.
  • Showcase experience in delivering end-to-end processes while considering varying stakeholder needs.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and influencing skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
