We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead organisational development initiatives.

As part of this role, you will design and develop skills-based career frameworks and tools, champion continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities. You'll partner with stakeholders to align our career architecture with business priorities, ensuring frameworks are adaptable and future-focused.

You'll collaborate with HR Tech and Learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap, use data to measure adoption, impact and improvement opportunities. Co-design immersive experiences that bring skills-led concepts to life, influence strategic workforce planning through skills visibility and capability mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop skills-based career frameworks and tools
  • Champion continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to align career architecture with business priorities
  • Collaborate with HR Tech and Learning teams to deliver skills-led technology roadmap
  • Use data to measure adoption, impact and improvement opportunities

Requirements:
  • Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement
  • Critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working
  • Skills in working with skills frameworks, talent marketplaces or career platforms
