We seek an experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. Our collaborative and innovative approach focuses on delivering exceptional solutions in commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and specialist tribunals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution, preferably gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house. They will possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, lead and mentor junior team members, and manage matters independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters
- Working closely with partners to manage matters from inception through to resolution
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation and submissions
