Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Gathering accurate information related to claims notifications, enabling efficient progression of the claims process.
- Evaluating incident circumstances to make informed liability decisions.
- Exploring settlement options on initial contact where feasible.
- Collaborating with dedicated suppliers to provide services for customers, including repair, mobility, and salvage options.
- Managing claims queries from customers, third parties, and suppliers to ensure seamless claim progression.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven customer service experience.
- A target-driven approach with experience working towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, enabling informed decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening and empathy abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with technology.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving positive outcomes.
