Job Title

As a seasoned Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. Your duties will include managing supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with government legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Manage office records, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and overseeing performance management.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the management of our large fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and reporting.
Requirements
  • Associated degree or Diploma in Leadership and Business Management.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing a large fleet of vehicles and familiarity with Cabcharge equipment and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks & BPoint is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
