Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. This includes creating and managing all systems for office administration, coordinating purchasing of office equipment and supplies, and updating job descriptions and employment contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Office Administration: Oversee all aspects of office administration, including creating and managing systems, coordinating purchasing, and updating business operations manual and job descriptions.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to ensure seamless delivery of office supplies and equipment.
  • Employee Onboarding: Lead recruitment, hiring, and training processes for administrative hires.
  • Transaction Coordination: Run all aspects of seller and buyer transactions, from initial offer acceptance to contract, including coordinating with sellers, inputting information into client relationship management programs, and scheduling customer service follow-up calls.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, customer relationship management software experience, and real estate industry knowledge or similar background. Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva design tools, and Google Apps is also essential. Video creation skills are a plus.

This is a salary-based position with a bonus structure payment based on experience and training. The ideal candidate should have no desire to engage in sales activities.
